At Montclaire Official, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all qualifying orders. Below are the details regarding our free shipping terms and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timelines

      • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

        • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

        • Other Cities / Rest of Pakistan: 4 to 6 business days.

    Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during sales, holidays, or unexpected weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

    • Minimum Order Value: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR [ 3,000 / 5,000]

    • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below the minimum threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee of PKR [ 200 / 250]

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Courier Tracking Number. You can track your shipment anytime through our courier partner’s portal or directly on our website.

Payment Methods

  • Free Shipping applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Orders (Bank Transfer / Credit Card) as long as the order meets the minimum threshold.

  • Please ensure your provided contact number and delivery address are correct to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete:

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only under the following circumstances:

    • Take a picture/video of the package before opening.

    • Contact our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours with your Order ID and photos.
